The friendly staff at the front desk made my check-in pleasant. The location was an excellent choice, close to popular restaurants.

Unfortunately, I encountered significant cleanliness issues. my room had roaches, which was incredibly disappointing!

The location was convenient , but the cleanliness was severely lacking. The area offered a nice view that enhanced the ambiance a little. I appreciated that the staff was quick to offer a refund after our discomfort with the room conditions....  

great access to parks and shopping in duluth

We enjoyed our stay, especially the easy access to McDaniel Farm Park, just a short drive away, and discovering the shops at Sugarloaf Mills, which were only a quick 10-minute walk from the hotel, making our weekend city strolls truly enjoyable.

I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the polite, attentive staff who were always available to help. The accessibility features made my stay comfortable, and I felt safe and secure throughout my visit....

The room was clean, but the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke made my stay uncomfortable. I attempted to address it, but no staff came to help.

I loved that the hotel was close to the arena and very clean! The room was quiet, and our family enjoyed the space. We had a great experience overall.

I stayed in a Queen Room Non-Smoking for a night and the room was very clean and everything worked great. The location had a strong smell of cigarette smoke wafting through the corridors, which wasn’t pleasant at all, like I could smell...  

I had a wonderful time during my stay, especially enjoying the cozy queen room and the refreshing pool. A nice perk was the ability to cook my own meals while relaxing by the pool or enjoying the complimentary coffee. The only downside was some noise from the hallway at night, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

I stayed for one night during a trip to the Gas South Convention Center. The check-in process was swift, which was appreciated after a long drive. While the location was convenient, with a lot of attractions nearby, the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway really detracted from the experience. The room was clean, but I couldn't fully relax due to the noise from other guests, making it hard to sleep well.
